Adrienne is a Co-Founder and the Director of Development at Fostering Hope.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and spent her early career working in law firms in Philadelphia and Montgomery County. She is currently enrolled at Widener University seeking her Master’s Degree in Social Work with an expected graduation date of December, 2023.

In 2018 her and her husband became licensed foster parents with the Montgomery County Office of Children and Youth. Since that time, they have had many children come into their home through the foster care system. Her work with these children has been invaluable to understanding the effects of trauma on all levels.

In 2022 she co-founded Community Wellness Academy which provides quality trauma-informed and culturally sensitive education, support, interventions and coaching to a diverse array of individuals, agencies and communities. She has created and facilitated trauma-informed training workshops for the foster care community and is dedicated to ongoing healing through education.

Adrienne and her husband, Cliff, have been married since 2007 and have lived in and around the Philadelphia area since they were young. They have a full house of three children, two cats and a dog. Adrienne enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling to new places, and cheering on her favorite Philadelphia sports teams. GO BIRDS.
